I order 2 tickets for a game between Villarreal CF vs FC Barcelona 3 weeks before the match.
Two days before the game I receive an email from them:
"I hope this email finds you well.

We have concluded our investigation into your claim and agree we have provided you with tickets in the wrong category. We apologize deeply for this...

We are therefore refunding you for your order for the difference in price between the category on the site that you ordered and the category you received..."

Well, First "It's not OK",
Second, I didn't sent to them any mail regard wrong tickets category delivered (They could not deliver it so THEY decide to deliver wrong ticket)
Third, they didn't ask the basic question in such situation "Do you want a full refund or...", they just decide form me.
Fourth, they didn't compensate me as respectful company usually do in such cases.

So I sent to them a mail regard my dissatisfaction and they return to me with there diplomatic answer:
"Thank you for...

However, please note that section 8. F. 8. In our terms and conditions state the following:

'In the event the Company will provide you (in rare circumstances) tickets which are worse than the one promised.

The Company will reimburse you the difference according to the prices of the tickets as published in the site on purchase day.

In case you receive better tickets you will not be charged with the difference.'...
This means that we were following our terms and conditions, which you confirmed when placing your order, so I am afraid there is nothing more we can offer you."

So, basically they can do whatever they want and we can't count on them to delivered, for them we are just money and they are not providing a suitable compensation for there clients.

I will probably will not order from them again.

BTW
They are delivering the tickets close to the game so if there are issues it's probably too late...

I do understand your frustration more than you know! However, like any other business in any industry, we operate under the guidelines of our terms and conditions which we did not create and publish on our website just for the joy of it! Just as important as it is for us to create this policy, it is equally important for our customers to read it and understand it!

The nature of our business as a secondary market vendor which in and of itself is a very fast moving and reactive type of business because we don't have the luxury of knowing in advance where the tickets are coming from and where they will be located! Having said that, at the risk of sounding repetitive, if you've read all of our terms and conditions, it is stated throughout our policy, that the guarantee for the location is real but in case of a failure on delivering the proper tickets a refund for the difference between what was sold and delivered is owned to the customer.

In your case, as soon as we found the mistake, we have not only informed you but also refunded this difference. No intentional mistake was done, much the opposite, a very quick response from our company, as soon as the mistake was found, is the real evidence of how important your satisfaction is to us. To pretend that we, as a company, will incur in such mistake and respective compensation on purpose doesn’t make any sense, it is not a logical neither profitable situation, there is nothing to gain out of it.

We are proud of giving the best customer service in the market and not for nothing we are the football ticket reseller number one in Europe. The main reason for this is the respect we have to our customers and the service and products we are delivering.
