One month ago entered credit card info and hit the process button and nothing happened. Tried again, same thing. This month same thing, however I called the doctor's billing office to complain, and 10 minutes later the screen changed...the site is bogged down and can't process the billing. I won't do business with doctors who use this site.
We asked what the maximum ambient temperature was for their car fridge/freezer and this is what we eventually got from them: "We have contacted the technical staff, but he is too busy to reply to us. You may find more similar products that will fit your demands.
If you have more question, please feel free to contact us. "
Tip for consumers:
Becarefull, company has a lot of complaints against it. I had bought the product and used it and had problems which is why I inquired about environmental operating temperature, their response showed a company using somebody else's product and not willing or able to fully support it.
