This company has been stealing my money without letting me know. The customer service guy seems like he had already heard this kinds of complain thousands of times and did not help at all. I just want a full refund otherwise I will start a class action against this company.

Worst of the Worst company! Don't even waste your time. I placed an order on January 14th over two month ago and when I ckecked the status it is always "Stretching" when I tried to contact them they always have the "Ice Storm" excuse. I will never use the, again
