After booking 50 nights in the past year and a half I made a mistake and book an extra night in Honk Kong! Instead of 5 nights we needed 4. When I called Hotels. Com. They said there was nothing they can do! I know was my mistake however after getting almost two months of booking with them I expected a little more. And the phone call from the Hotel costed me 22 euros for 5 minutes!
