This was my first expereince with CP and will be my last. If I could rate 0 that's what I'd be giving them.
I placed two orders seperately in late September. Both shipments are late. Checked the "track my order" function on the web site only to be met with an error page. Contacted CafePress to start escalation only to get a canned response that stated:
A) CP can't track the order (didn't think that was possible these days); and
B) I should wait another two weeks (10 business days) before escalating.
Great at taking your money, absolutely appalling at delivery and expectation management. When (or if) the orders arrive I will post a further review regarding product quality.
CP- you are an embarrassment to online traders. Mum and dad eBay traders do a better job of delivery than your excuse for an organisation!
