After I posted my first review, TMart responded with an explanation that covered only half the truth and did not address their poor business practice. Although I do understand their need to defend TMart, I can and have equally provided content from their own website that points to this order including two wireless, stereo, earbuds. They have access to this information. My backup data is clearly documented in the online chat conversation log. That they posted a one sided defense is offensive.
This was not a high dollar order so my issue is not the money. Consumers need to know what they are dealing with though. In addition to their one-sided response is the refusal for a refund. This even when I offered to send the product back (with a pre-paid RMA).
Again, beware with this site. In the past I did order some products from them that arrived on time and were correct. I've also had situations with them (orders not arriving for many weeks, etc) that made me not to order. In truth, as the prices were so good I was willing to deal with that. This particular situation generates a warning to all consumers as to what you might experience if ordering from Tmart.com
