This is an update on my complaint to lazada order number******* placed on nov. 5,2015 wherein i purchase 2 phone the first to arrive was on nov. 6,2015 supposed to be a LENOVO A7000PLUS but iinstead they send me a ligthning compass its very clear that they srnd me a wrong item.
After lazada called me on nov. 10, until now no update on the status of the replacement.
I contacted LBC and they confirm that lazada already received the wrong package by jonathan intal on nov. 10,2015. Lbc tracking no. **************.
I send them several email but no reply from them the phone worth 6500 pesos and until now they dont do anything or even contact me about the status of it.
I will give lazada until nov. 20,2015 if they cannot replaced tje phone i will file a complaint to DTI, i have all the evidence that they made a mistake sending me the wrong package.
I even thinking of seeking help from the media, i want to air my complaint to national television as well.
If they will not coordinate with me. I will surely do
