After spending a lot of money-$1500 for a stacked washer and dryer I discovered that the black marks on my white sheets from purchase was graphite from something not installed correctly or malfunctioning per their tech rep.
He never came to my house, never called me back, and went on vacation while I was waiting for my washer to be repaired or replaced. I think it may be putting wholes in my towels too. Another bout of calls, push this or that and hold for 15-35 minutes to get NOTHING. Today the same thing-oh that guy doesn't answer even for us (GE) you will need to call customer relations. Now on hold for 15-35 minutes and pressed for a call back. They have now waited until the warranty was out in September.
I just bought a new refrigerator and it was NOT GE.
