It took two months to receive an item I purchased intended for gift. When I finally received my purchase, it was disappointing to receive a damaged product. I reached out to customer service and exchanged emails with their incompetent staff for over a week to come up with a mediocre solution. Stay away from ReserveBar, shop local, shop with people who care about their service!

We apologize for the experience, the item you ordered was delayed many times by the distributor and we understand when you finally did receive the order, the damaged packaging was very disappointing. We are changing our policy on items on when to begin pre-sales to help prevent such long delays like this going forward.
