“Charged for 2 tags, never received them”

Purchased and paid for two byte tags, never received them. Emailed and tried to contact customer service, no response after the intial one that said it takes 4-6 weeks. It has been much longer than 4-6 weeks and no response.

Tip for consumers:
don't waste your money-items never received.
