I found this store because it advertise on the Facebook. Everything looks so good and cheap. So, I've ordered many dresses and clothes. But it was a bad idea.

They look good on the ad picture, but when I've receive the items, the material is totally different. It's so cheap and sawing seams are very bad. Many strings are hanging and the dress looks totally different. I think they make a nice dress for the ad picture using a good material, but they sale the item with much cheaper material. Not the same one. The actual item is so cheap and color is different. I've received a damaged item also, so I contacted their customer service, but they are not willing to refund any money or provide me a prepaid return label. All they do is store credit of $20% of it's worth. I will never shop there again and their store credit will not do anything to me. Also this company is in China and it will cost a lot to send back many items.

To contact the customer service is little tricky as well. They won't do email. You have to access their website and log in to your account and go to your order status section to claim the damaged item. That is the only way to talk to them. But each person saying different things and they are not a good company. Even I've sent the damaged picture, they claims they did not receive it... etc... They send me the damaged item but refuse to return the money. Only the store credit of 20%. Also I wear S or M size clothes in USA, but their XL side dress is too tight for me. So be careful! The actual item is smaller than their size chart.

Do not buy here. All the nice dress you see is not the actual items that you'll receive. I've learned the lesson and I'm sad that I waste my money to receive the cheap and damaged item that you will never wear.
