This paid software has only recovered less than 10% of the lost data from a hard drive that hasn't been overwritten, and the support from the tech is totally useless, I had to explained 3 times of the issue, and ended up with "nothing they can do", that's something I didn't expect from a 3 weeks waiting period.
Tip for consumers:
The contact info they've got only for sales support, and the tech support they directed me wasn't helpful at all.
Software itself isn't capable for a large data lost. Do Not Waste Money on it.
