I, apparently, lost a wonderful couch and two wonderful chairs, today, that were reserved for me, because there were "hieroglyphics" all over their site according to a very charming and helpful customer service person. She was not, however, able to ensure that the items reserved for me would continue to be so, and they appear to have been sold to someone else, no matter how much I updated and re-tried the site. I'M VERY SAD, TO BE HONEST.

Tip for consumers:
EXTRAORDINARILY POOR SERVICE, NOT SERVICE PERSONNEL, BUT SERVICE, UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND KEEP CUSTOMERS RESERVED ITEMS RESERVED FOR THEM. I PRAY THAT THIS ERROR HAS BEEN AMELIORATED, AND I SIMPLY CANNOT TELL FROM MY END, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK AS THOUGH I WILL RECEIVE WHAT WAS DULY MINE.
