I am glad to be a customer, so far I have no complaints. All items were received even though it takes a long time for them to get here. Whenever I have any problems with an item/order they work with me to resolve the issue. I consider that to be great customer service, Making sure your customers are happy and satisfied. Keep up the good work. I will continue to give them my business as long as I'm receiving good service. Prices on items are very good to add.

I was able to get my cash back. I clicked the easy button on a purchase I made but I guess it didn't register or whatever the case may have been. I inquired through customer service and was able to get rewarded for my mishap. I didn't think I was going to because they couldn't find my shopping ticket. But I was able to prove my purchase and received my cash back. Thank you ebates. 2 thumbs up.
