Do not give Aliexpress a bad review because of a single bad buyer. You do not give Amazon a bad review because of a bad buyer, so why Aliexpress?

The site offers dirt dirt cheap stuff, the only downside is a month or so shipping usually if you choose free shipping. But who cares? I buy something at LEAST once a week. It's too cheap not to. Little trinkets, gadgets, whatever.

No one cares if your dress was ugly or your phone was broken, it is not Aliexpress's fault.

Tip for consumers:
Check out reviews before you buy. If the product has no reviews, then check the seller's reviews. It's a good indication of whether or not they are worth dealing with.

Also, don't give bad reviews until you've contacted the seller with your problem, they usually will help you out first. This is their livelihood.

I ordered a phone and it arrived fast and was great to use, until one month later the screen stopped working. I tried to contact them, hoping for a replacement, refund, or at least for it to be fixed. They always respond asking for a video and when I send it I get no response. They respond in german but it is clearly a chinese site, because the German is terrible to say the least, and all the responses are around 1 am (in germany). Complete and utter rubbish.

What a terrible website. False advertising, saying the phone is in stock when it is clearly not, as they told me 15 DAYS after ordering and taking $260 of my hard earned money. They would not send me a different phone because it cost more than the original, but for waiting 15 days (after choosing a 24 hour dispatch phone with expedited shipping) i think it was a fair deal. Stay away from them if you want to have a good shopping experience. Customer service responds daily, but it took that long to tell me it was out of stock. They tried to delay me by asking to verify my paypay account, but I sorted that out very soon. Just go somewhere else, honestly. Fraudulent af.
