When I went to order, the company insisted on me using my user name and my password. I had forgotten my password & they came up with a prompt to click on if you had forgotten your password. The rub is nothing happened when I clicked on it - several times. I was getting nervous as time was clicking away on this item. So I went out of the order form, and clicked on the prompt my account which gave me the chance to ask the company to send me a way to create a new password. I did this, but by the time I went back to the order form, they said the time had expired.
I did get the item however. I didn't appreciate the hassle I had to go through because the original request for a forgotten password didn't work.
