After the mess explained below, I did get my dress. Not sure if I would have without filing a complaint. It was as described and in new condition. I still would not recommend them if they are not going to answer their phone or emails.
Unluckily, I did not read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress, it has never shipped out, their email is an automatic response stating the email service is down. Their phone number is invalid. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California and suggest everyone do so. You will not get your order. Also, file a complaint with your credit card company so they do not get paid either. They still have the dress on their site. I think they steal photos of other sites, offer them for sale, take your money and run.
