What a disastrous inefficient company. I ordered flowers on-line from UK for my daughter's birthday in California. IF I had read the reviews of this company first I would have saved myself so much trouble.
I ordered an item selected from their website and paid the quoted amount plus a "tax" not shown on their web site till I started to pay, plus a "handling charge", plus a "shipping or service charge" all not shown on the web site till making payment, the bill was then 50% higher than displayed.
OK let us forget this sharp practice but then I get a call saying they wanted another $40 to deliver the item I ordered or they could send something cheaper, they also said delivery could not be made on the agreed date, possibly the next day or the day after that!
I consider that their acceptance of my order was a contract and that they are in breach of that contract. In UK they would be held to account and I intend asking a US lawyer to contact Just Flowers for compensation whatever the cost to me as someone must stand up to such inefficiency and sharp practice, I think the weight of complaints by reviewers support my case.
I wish to disassociate myself with the one star at the head of this review made only because these idiots don't permit less.
