I placed an overseas order for my mother who lives alone on 8th March to celebrate mother's day back in my country. She did not received the order at all. I contacted Interflora on the live chat, there was no follow up, I emailed them, and the reply came on the 9th March to say that it was ticked as delivered. A huge pack of lies. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED. I paid £68 that company gained and I lost. More it hurts that my mum never had the joy of receiving the flowers.
The company should be honest and upfront that they are not able to guarantee overseas deliveries. It's their responsibility to check who they partner with abroad.
It is a very dishonest and incompetent company. DO NOT USE.
