I have used the company for a number of years and recommended them to friends... then it began. First order of 2016, didn't arrive, it took another three weeks for the refund to be made. Live Chat was polite but useless. I have a 24 hour concierge service in my building, and all packages have to be signed for... but ASOS didn't bother to say it was THEIR issue. Of course since the items were all sale items, nothing could be resent, except a pair of shoes in the wrong color. I gave up complaining and thought I will try again before my vacation. All sale items and once again... nothing. I contacted them and the same performance. This means two orders this year alone, nothing has been delivered.
Don't be fooled by free delivery... just be happy if you get ANY delivery.
