June 29 - ordered "in stock" bed, estimated del date July 10
June 30- shipped date moved to July 7
July 12 - Bed no show, email moves del date to July 28
July 28 Bed no show, contacted cust svc (they didn't contact me). Talked to April NEil. April informs me she will research bed and email me every day until bed is delivered.
April never emails me.
Aug 4 - Cust svc emails me to tell me bed is "lost in transit"
Aug 4 - new estimated del date is Aug 24,48 days after i paid for the bed. No apology and at this point, still no bed.
Wayfair is a joke. They falsely advertised that the bed was in stock when it clearly was not. They have not followed up along the way to let me know what was happening.
Buyer beware.
