I ordered the bed defense because I had bugs... first off it smells horrible.
They company has been charging my card for 6 months for a product I have not been receiving.
The product sucks and doesn't work at all.
I called to cancel and ask how long I've been getting charged and how much... I ask them to cancel and let me speak to a manager... who then told me even though I brought it for one time use, that it was my responsibility to call and make sure that don't charge my card no more. I informed her I didn't see that... come to find out it was in small print on the terms and conditions page.
Make sure you read it!

All around poor customer service and a straight scam!
