I returned a $256 briefcase in February. Tracked the FedEx shipment and they received it 2/23/16. As of 5/2/16 they still hadn't credited me for the return. I emailed and called and they are finally working to get the refund credited. What if I never contacted them? I am completely unimpressed with how they handled this. Not sure if i'll purchase from them again. Looks like they need to be babysat in order for them to do their jobs.
