This people are not customer care... they are protect grub hub. From the very beginning, James told me grubhub is only a technology platform... all issues belong to the restaurant or delivery service. COME ON... I'm paying you... take some responsibility!
They screwed up my order not once, but twice and still offered nothing. When I finally got a "manager" Carolyn. About it not being grubhub's fault, I let her know that uber was also just a technology platform but they take responsibility for their drivers and cars. Carolyn's comment to me? "I don't take public transportation." REALLY?
I think that sums it up! I will not order from them again. In fact, the idiot James told me they use "dining in" in Dallas for delivery... why shouldn't we just go thru them?!
