I had a friend's 40th birthday coming up so I went to order a HUGE bouquet and the picture online was absolutely perfect... overflowing vase and I was excited for her to receive them.
HOWEVER, the flowers I got were like their basic arrangement. So, I emailed and received a replacement arrangement today... and you guessed it... same size arrangement.
My reply email from them was to call so I did and the CSR wanted to give me a 20% refund... I spend $70, I was given MAYBE a $30 arrangement and now you wanna give me a $14 refund... Hmmmmmm NO.
So, then she reluctantly says that they could give me a full refund which I immediately jumped on. The flower shop came back for the arrangement and now I wait for my refund.
I added photos for all to see what I ordered and what I got. Find the "differences"... what a joke!
UPDATE: Refund was issued so for that I've changed their rating to 2 stars. Zero stars for what I got but I didn't wanna make it out it was a good place to do business with so I couldn't give a higher star rating... though with the refund... I'd give them a 5 because that's not normal business practices.
