First issue I had was they put my order on hold for days without sending me an email or notification that my order was on hold due to the prescription. Second, I paid $25.00 at check out to have my shipping expedited and when the UPS came to my door they said they could not give me the package unless I paid the $25.00 to receive it. I have an invoice that shows I paid the shipping at the time of check out. I contacted support through email and chat. No response from email and in chat they said they will contact me within 24-48 hours. When UPS says they will only attempt to deliver it again the next day. I've called there customer service number all day and have been on hold for hours just to get a voice mail to leave a message. Don't buy your glasses here! Terrible customer service and unreliable.
