I ordered a cover for my EZ-GO RXV. They sent me the wrong cover. I sent them pictures of my golf cart just like they ask. They told me it was my fault that it didn't fit. Said they wouldn't refund. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager. It was aweful. Terrible customer service. I was out $500+ dollars and had a cover that didn't fit. They screwed up and blamed me. Vincent was the salesman who ripped me off. He wouldn't respond to my emails or calls once I got the cover.
Tip for consumers:
If you still plan to buy them make sure you tell them every aftermarket item on your golf cart. Don’t rely on the pictures you send to them to give them that info. I don’t think they actually look at them.
