If your a member and you come up with an issue good luck because there is not communication from this site. And if you join believing you can use there sister site, good luck again because they will not allow it.
The site is based in H. K., and believe it or not the programming would actually be much better if it came from China.
If you decide to join and pay money then make sure you are able to retrieve your funds if you come up with any problems.

I am John Abbot, Managing Director of ChinaLoveMatch.net and AsiaLoveMatch.net. If you are the person I think you are you submitted a message to us through our Contact page on August 2nd that our service department responded to the via email the same day. You submitted a second message through the Contact page to us on August 4th that caused us to realize you didn't receive our first email message for some reason.
We then sent you another response also on August 4th, in which we included the first response. We also posted an Admin Message in your CLM membership Inbox on August 4th containing the same response and advising you about our emails and again providing the response to your first message. That message in your Inbox is impossible to miss and you didn't open it even though the Subject Line says "Urgent from CLM Admin".
Your email provider is Yahoo, which is notorious for placing everything possible in spam and/or simply not delivering mail they assume you might not want. We can only assume that you were not checking your Spam Box and that is likely where our messages were going. We can't understand why you didn't open our message in your CLM Inbox.
In addition, while we have an option for you to provide a phone number when you register, which would have given us an alternate means of contacting you, you did not provide one.
Contrary to what you say, most dating sites do not provide any real service at all and would have ignored your requests, whereas we have an excellent reputation for providing high quality service, and we did everything we could to try to help you out in this case. If you don't whitelist our email address and allow our messages to go into spam, and you don't check your spam box, and you don't check your Inbox on your membership or choose to ignore our messages there, and you don't provide any other means of contacting you, then how do you expect us to serve you?
We are a website that takes our obligations to our members very seriously, both as to giving them the best possible service and as to protecting their privacy and their security. We are still very interested in assisting you.
Please write to us directly at service@ChinaLoveMatch.net, and write "Attn: John Abbot" in the subject line, and please whitelist that address in your Yahoo email. We will then be able to contact you and assist you with your problem, which, by the way, is a problem on your end and not a problem with our system, but we think we can help you get past it. I will ask our employees to bring your message to my attention upon receiving it.
