I specifically purchased a low number of saves to ensure it didn't look inflated or fake. I purchased 25- I was sent 157 with 0 additional views and unable to even see who "saved" my video. When I reached out, they said they would send some views to balance it out. But never did. Disappointing.

Edit: I would like to mention that although my experience wasn't ideal with them - that they were responsive. I read some reviews saying that they are scammers and that's definitely not the case. They do respond, unfortunately, they just couldn't fix my particular issue. The only thing I can speak to is my personal experience- and unfortunately, it wasn't great but I don't think it makes them a bad company.

If you have any sort of problem with your online order, good luck finding someone who will be able to help. There is absolutely zero accountability with this company, they will continue to give you the runaround because no one is willing to actually help. I asked to speak to management on several occasions and I was shuffled around. Finally, I asked for an email address so I could submit a formal claim, once again, NOTHING. For being a loyal "rouge vib" customer for so many years, it makes instances like these realize how much you and your business to this company really doesn't matter to them. I will be shopping elsewhere going forward. Happy to note that Nordstrom also carries everything I need and always delivers outstanding customer service.

My experience with GILT has been AWFUL. The first time I experienced an issue with them, should've been the last time I gave them my business. I ordered a Celine handbag from them, it was described as in "excellent condition" and I expected it to be since I paid $2650 for it. Once it arrived, it was not what I expected and the condition was subpar. I immediately contacted them and sent multiple pictures as it had damage in several areas. Their representatives said they wouldn't return it even though it was misrepresented.

Cut to a year and a half later, I decide to give them another chance. I found 2 pairs of shoes that I liked. I ordered them and since I had moved changed my current address. I was prompted to re input my CC info, so I did. I assumed everything was good to go. It had been over a week since the shipment shipped, I clicked on it to track the shipment and they were left at the door of my old address. I immediately contacted them and they basically told me it was my fault and that was the only address they had on file. And that I would have to contact the new tenant, I moved almost 400 miles away. To offer no help, is outrageous.

Their customer service is AWFUL! DO NOT SHOP WITH GILT! Low quality
