Had order 5 items and been following up for 4 days. I spoke with their team to change my contact details many times and yet they did not inform the courier. I contacted the courier service in Dubai to assist me to update my contact details, been forwarded to their branch in Abu Dhabi and spoke with their supervisor only to find out some miscommunication in their system occurs which lead my orders to be returned in their facility in Dubai. Tried to contact again their agent in jollychic apps thru live chat and they keep hanging me! I called also their facility in Dubai and they said they cannot do anything about it unless I re-order it again and need to pay for the delivery fee once again! Such a terrible experience to think im their regular customer! Jollychic agents are big $#*!s and they don't know how to handle such situation properly! This will definitely my last time to purchase with them and praying to get my refund soon!
