Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet
So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.
