Useless, pathetic and unfriendly website. Log in and to find full tracking details one has to input the postcode the parcel went to! Why? The postcode is already in the system under the parcel ref number given at purcahse! Also, no international orders are available to see in order history and zip codes not accepted. No way to track international parcels sent. No human interface, just a bot, Useless, pathetic and totally unfriendly.
