I have a digital certificate on one of my web sites hosted with BigHost. They took my money but failed to request the certificate renewal. Two months later, they had still not renewed it, causing me to lose bookings because of "Not Secure" warnings posted by browsers when visiting the booking page. Every time I try to resolve this issue, the tech team fob me off to the billing department, who just ignore my requests. I've been with HostBig for 5 years. Most prior issues have been dealt with by the tech team; however, the billing team seem to be non-existent until they want money from you. I'm very seriously thinking about moving all my sites to a new host. This may be a case of you get what you pay for.
