Recently I bought a hoodies from tbdress. I am so disappointed when I received the item. The thread came out, the design is different from what they shown in their website and the quality is not good.
Was able to wrote an email to them. Their replied was as follow:
"Sorry for the inconvenience we have brought. Of course you could return the dress within 12days since you received it. But you need pay for the returning shipping fee, it would be a big cost. So would you like to keep it or send your friend as a gift, then we are willing to give you a discount next shopping time."
Really disappointed on his reply. They expect customer to bear the shipping charge eventhough is their fault?! And he trying to give me another suggestion so that I will not return this item to them.
And now they are not replying my email already and looks like they are trying to let the problems drag after 12 days return policy.
Please think twice before you make any purchase.
