I created a registry for my baby who was born in September, and didn't get everything on my list. One of the items on my list was a diaper bag, which I obviously felt the need to purchase for myself. Upon purchasing this diaper bag through my account (apparently a registry isn't the same as a regular account?) I paid $50 for it and had it shipped. I never got an email with my information, I never got my package, but I did get charged and they are unable to look me up to ship a new one to me or refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

However, it appears there has been a misunderstanding.The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option). The terms and conditions of membership are stated during checkout, in the membership confirmation email, in the reminder emails before the fifth and in numerous locations on the site.
Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com.
Customers are free to cancel their membership online at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. If you would like to cancel, please send us an email at help@adoreme.com and we will send you the instructions on how to cancel your VIP membership.
