Order ******* now over 3 weeks and still not delivered. Tracking number provided says "Item not found." Customer service website does not exist. There are so many BAD reviews, all complaining purchases were not delivered. NewChic is still advertising that my product is in stock and will ship in one day. LIERS!

They received my hearing aid on Aug 14, today is Sep 6 and nothing done. I paid $49 more for "rush service" and paid more for Fed Ex shipping. They don't return phone calls and just don't care. Do not use this service, total frauds.

Your entire purchase cost was completely refunded to you, and a tracking number was provided for the return of your property, as is always our policy for those rare hearing aids we are unable to fix. All stages of this process were clearly communicated to you. It is clear that you are unhappy with your service, and for that we are sorry, but there is nothing more we can do for you unless you are willing to communicate with us directly.
