I purchased a costume from the through express post and payed extra for fast delivery (3-5 business days).
I checked the status of my order after 3 days and it was saying awaiting fulfilment. So I sent them an email asking why my order hadn't even been processed yet, they told me it was out of stock and they are making it now. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They then proceeded to tell me that if I cancel it will be a loss to them and will only give me a 50% refund.
I sent them 5 different emails clearly stating cancel my order and refund my money, which they then kept telling me we have now made it for you and you will like it.
Then sent me another email saying we have sent you your order it's on its way.
I have raised a complaint via PayPal against them and want my money back. Do not give these people your money!
