Horrible interface but the main reason is their associates will flat out lie to you and management doesn't care. Absolute scumbags who deserve the ABSOLUTE WORST in life.
Tip for consumers:
They will make you jump through hoops claiming at the end X will happen and when it doesn't they say sorry we'll try and train our associates better. F U Fidelity!
