I have never come across a worst airline and I've been flying all over the world for almost 30 years now. They are a fraud with regard to booking. They change prices within minutes and changes are not subtle! If you are looking for a ticket, you might refresh your browser or wait for a few minutes trying to confirm details and the price might go up $100 - $150 on domestic US flights! Simply disgraceful!

My latest experience was when their website was not working. I called and tried to tell them but they said their website was working fine and they had to charge me for $25 extra if I were to make a reservation over the phone. I said I would try again and the website was still not working! I wasted a day on this &^@%ing website! Then went back a couple of hours later and the price went up $100! I called back and asked to speak to a manager... Well, as expected, there was nothing they could do! Seriously, I have never come across a website with worst service, and more desire to rip off people. What is tragic about this is that they seem to monopolize some routes so you do not have an alternative! Simply tragic, I'm infuriated!

Also, their flight might be delayed and it might cause you to lose your connecting flight but yet you are expected to cover the cost of an overnight visit, with the excuse that the issue was due to weather conditions and they are not liable for that!

They have raised their price by another $100 within minutes! This is clearly unethical! Is there an organization that they can be reported to? Something protecting consumer rights or something of that sort? This is making me physically ill!

Tip for consumers:
NEVER BOOK A TRIP WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

We spent months surfing the internet or even going to jewelry stores for the "perfect" engagement ring. We became very frustrated with the whole process as we could not agree on what was ideal for us. We came across whiteflash.com towards the end of the process and finally got our engagement ring from them.

The whole experience was simply amazing!
Their settings are usually from well-known designers in the industry so their starting price is quite higher than on other websites. However, the quality is quite superior. Their diamonds are also potentially more pricey than on other websites, but that might be because we were only looking for super clean D-F diamonds.

I strongly encourage you to chat with one of their sales associates. They are trained at AGS or GIA so they are quite knowledgeable and can answer any kind of complex or simple question! Additionally, they are really good at finding something for every budget and they will not lie to you to get you to spend more money. They even gave me pointers as to what type of ring styles I should be looking at, based on my ring size and overall build and style! Also, you can choose to speak to the same representative every time you go on chat or call, so you don't have to repeat yourself every time.

What I did, because I still wanted it to be a surprise, was to choose a number of settings and diamonds and had my husband choose a combination of the two, with the help of the same associate that was helping me with the whole process.

What is also very important to know is that they actually offer a higher discount (twice, I think!) for a money wire than any other website out there! Though we did not need to return anything, they also seem to have a great return policy and lifetime warranty!

The only downside is that making and shipping out the ring takes a few weeks...

It's a great place to shop for dermalogica products. They give out samples with every order and have either discounts or specials every few weeks. Customer service is usually quite helpful. They give great advice as to what you should be using based on the needs of your face and they are not pushy, "loading you" with too many products. I did have a couple of unpleasant experiences with them at the beginning but they are definitely getting better with their customer service!

Sure, they are a little pricey but aren't all facial products that work? Sign up for email updates and take advantage of the rewards system! It's worth it!

My first introduction to dermalogica products was about 6 years ago. I started by using their age smart multivitamin power recovery masque. My face was so soft and the fine lines of my forehead started fading... I continued using other serums, moisturizing and night creams for a few years but did not see much improvement. I decided to give dermalogica a fair chance and slowly started replacing all my products. When used diligently there is a noticeable improvement within the first two weeks!

I've been using Bumble and Bumble for the past 8 or so years and I am more than happy with their products! They are of great quality, though a little pricey! However, if you sign up for email updates you get to learn when they have special offers. Their special offers bring the cost down significantly because you get more products for less money. They always give out samples, but every few weeks they give out travel size or even full-size products with orders!

Their specialists are very helpful and always have great suggestions on what you need to be using based on your hair. You can even upload pictures so they can get a better idea on what your hair needs and what to recommend based on your budget.

I've been using Hautelook since 2010 and I have to say that the quality of products and prices used to be much much better. You can still find some fashionable steals, just not as great and economic as they used to be. I find their customer service great! I've never had problems with returns and refunds, but I have to say they are rather slow on the shipping and delivery department. I have been compensated for delayed deliveries several times, but I also had to cancel orders quite a few times because of delays.

I decided to go back to Hautelook after a couple of years and the whole experience was totally horrible. Very unprofessional! One of the items I had ordered did not ship with all my other items, and this was definitely not the first time. I initially got an email reassuring me that my item would ship soon... a couple of weeks later, while I was on chat being reassured by a sales representative that there is no way I would not be getting my item, I received an email telling me that they had more orders than items and I would not be receiving my item. I got so upset I decided to send everything back. I printed the shipping label and sent everything back. The tracking number was useless; it showed that they had received my return but when I contacted them they said that that was not the actual tracking number and gave me another number. Three weeks later I contacted them again. They said they had just received the items and it would take another week or so before they could refund me. Seriously? Hundreds of $$ out of my account for about two months and crappy service! What can I say? I thought they could not get any worse but apparently I was wrong! It's really really sad; they started out so great but had turned into one of the most stressful sites to shop at... What a shame!

Update
After a huge battle with my bank and Paypal I managed to get almost all my money back from my last order plus a couple of $200 as refund for items returned but not refunded by Modnique. My bank refunded me for everything apart from shipping fees. Both Paypal and banks have strict deadlines and rules on how long you have to wait to claim your money back, though. So it's important to contact them as soon as you possibly can. Also, note that while this happened to me about a year and a half ago, I have noticed that the site has been up and running and taken down several times since! Be aware! It doesn't seem that all their financial issues have been resolved, so I would never trust shopping from them ever again!

I have the exact same problem! I've placed two orders, over $500 worth. The orders have not shipped yet, even though they should have already been here. It's been more than a week now that their website is under construction and I cannot get them on the phone. They are not responding to emails either! I really don't know what to do! I hope someone has an idea!
