So, phone numbers, emails, these will all obviously be innacurate. Thats my experience. I did recently use this service to find a friend's address though. And it was correct! On the 1.99 trial! Friend had just moved there a few months back, so fairly recent information! My advice would be use this for addresses. Would suggest cross referencing with Zillow if needed.
Tip for consumers:
Dont expect not to have to sift through older information to find the new.

It was very easy to find my ex-wife's address now I send her creepy messages and dead animals....
