They were very accommodating to open up my account back in 2015. Everything's good until I needed to do transfers back to my checking account. They froze my account. They were too aggressive to open up accounts without all the proper information. Now they are trying to clean up their mess but have locked my account from transfers. It's taking me over 3 weeks to submit repetitive Identification information to them. Customer service is very difficult to interact with and very, very slow to react! Stay Away!
