I have ordered at least 8 times from Soufeel. The charms and bracelets have been so similar to Pandora in quality, and a lot less expensive. I have given these as gifts and have several that I have keep for myself.
The orders have come in reasonable time considering they come from China. On Oct 29th I received an order, and noticed one charm was missing. At 4:47pm that same day I emailed them at *******@soufeel.com and told them about the missing charm, at 5:15 pm a ticket was created. Oct 30th at 1:41 I was informed by an associate that a new charm would be shipped out. Oct 31 at 9:19 am email was send, stating that the charm had already been shipped out.
What truly amazing customer service!
Will continue to order from this company. Completely satisfied with their customer service and products.
