*** As you can see below, the company is denying my experience. My claims are factual, the way the emails are written is threatening and maybe instead of scanning review sites, they should improved their customer service.***
Terrible customer service. Ever since they switched to an email based program- its become a hot mess. They will send you an email saying you get to test a product, then email you threats to complete the survey a day later before you've even received the product. Then they never answer emails for assistance when this happens even though the threatening emails state they won't send you anymore campaigns if you don't complete the survey. Also very rude any time I've requested assistance. Don't waste your time- plenty of other programs out there.
Hi Cassandra, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We never send any threatening emails or expect that an agent complete a review before receiving a product. We reply to all support emails and social media comments and DM's as they are received. We have never cancelled an account if an agent did not receive a product.
