“If I want my order cancelled, cancel it instead of going on about the skip the month”

I called customer support to cancel my vip membership because they charged my account when I skipped the month. The next mont I checked it and the skip the month wasn't available to me. So I called and they went on to tell me that I can skip the month instead of canceling my membership. They didn't do anything about my lost month.
