The first problem I had was my own fault. For Christmas I ordered a military veteran license plate and ordered for the wrong unit. Obviously my husband has no use for it. I have tried repeatedly to get help in exchanging to the correct plate, but cannot reach customer service... either on the phone or by email. Click on Customer Service or Returns and you get a blank screen... thus no phone number to try. The company seems to be continuing to sell on the Internet and there are good reviews available online, but experience is the truth-teller. This is not a safe company with which to deal. I will tell that to anyone who will listen. The best advertisement is a satisfied customer, no matter what disinformation is online.
