Lack of Customer Service and long waits in the checkout line
Small store, but great service and prices. Easy checkout
Store on N. Monroe in Tallahassee should be shut down by the health dept
Used to order from them all the time. 6 months ago the site froze up and they could care less. Said it was my computer, so went to the library 30 minutes away and guess what? YEP! Locked up!
Sad customer service support who could care less.
Every time we go there, there is no one available to help you. IF you can find what you need, then you have a long wait in one check out line.
Signed up yesterday, 3 pages of restaurants to choose from; went to order tonight and only TWELVE to choose from! 5 of them had horrible reviews. Tried Chat help and your guy was very unhelpful.
Will never use GrubHub! DoorStep got the order and a nice tip.
