OMG, Im not the only one! I asked for a special cord for an OLD printer... and they assured me they had it... in fact they advertise that they carry cords for ALL Hp printers... well, of course it was totally wrong,\as I warned
Them... the end of the cord was a completely different shape and size... well, I wanted the shipping fee back too... oh boy... I even called my lawyer and I called BBB, and after all that, the legals said well you are screwed... it will cost more to take them to smallclaims court than if you just take what you can get from them. Well, thanks alot...
So I sent the product back and its been months and months and I havent heard ONE reply from them as to if they have credited my creditcard back for the product itself... forget about the shipping cost... NO ANSWER yet...
I wish the attorney general or some organization would stick it to bad internet businesses...
