I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter... received an email saying they have been shipped but when I click on the tracking # it says it can not be found. When I call up the order... it says Still processing. What the heck? Oh and it says it's being shipped by Other? What is Other? I emailed Customer Service... got a generic robo response saying someone will be getting in touch with me.
