I was very disappointed that time and thought they are just robbers although they told me they could refund the money if I didn't received my parcel in 2 months. After a while, I submit a refund ticket in their website and their service answer my question very quickly. At last, the service called me and confirmed that my parcel was lost and they would like to give me full refund or send me a new parcel, I can't bear to wait for another two months so I answered to give me refund. About 8 hours later, their service called me again and confirmed the full refund. After several weeks, there are still some of my friends talk about rosewe. I decided to try again. This time I tried one lace in case. The T shirt arrives today and I am surprised about the enhancement of the shipping. In addition, I love what I get. I think they have successfully won my trust again. It is unavoidable to have some problems when shopping from abroad online store, but their service makes me we are not done after I paid my money.
