Kristy was very helpful in answering questions regarding the technical details of a product. She went out of her way to explain the technical terms. She was patient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed interacting with her.
Regarding my prior order (COV*******190), there was a great deal of confusion by your ordering department. I approved the mock-up for the 5 chairs several times and there was still a need to continue to approve the mock-up. I waited more than 2 weeks to get the mock-up for the lounge chairs. This is wasteful of time and energy and leads to unnecessary frustration. Something has to be done to make this process easier and much more efficient.
Prior to my pending order, I had a good experience.
